Model Anja Rubik definitely knows how to make sure she’s the center of attention. Just check out these photos of her from the Costume Institute Gala Met Ball in New York. She looks stunning, of course, but that dress is just begging for a wardrobe malfunction. With this one, she’s really taken the whole “Jolieing” thing to a whole new level and I dunno, it works. Normally I’d say she should’ve chosen something a little less revealing but this is the Met Ball. It’s all about standing out, showing off and stealing headlines. There is a time and a place for everything. Despite the revealing nature of the dress, Anja still, somehow, looks classy. I guess I give it a thumbs up.

Despite all their drama, I’ve always been a big Oasis fan. I was a little worried when Noel Gallagher went solo because I wasn’t sure what kind of material he’d produce without the rest of the band, but I had nothing to worry about. It’s great stuff and I’m glad to see he’s still moving forward, especially considering he enlisted the talents of Mischa Barton for his new music video. These pics, taken in LA, show Mischa stripping down to her underwear for the video shoot and I approve. I can’t wait to see the finished product. I’m a big fan of Miss. Barton and from the looks of it, she’s going to be great in this video.

Now I’m not going to say these pictures show Rihanna smoking a blunt. I wasn’t there so I don’t know. It could be a blunt. It could be a cigar but whatever she’s smoking in these pictures taken in Hawaii, she seems to be enjoying it. I know there are a lot of people who are going to be upset with the idea of Rihanna smoking weed. I don’t get that. I’m not a pot smoker myself but I can’t see why anyone would object to it. If that is a blunt, she’s not smoking it during a publicity event or even anywhere she should expect to be photographed. She’s clearly just kicking back and relaxing. Is she doing something illegal? Possibly. Should that something she could possibly be doing be illegal in the first place? No. At least it shouldn’t be in my opinion, anyway. Let the people have their pot. Nip the problem of prison overcrowding in the bud – pun intended.

I absolutely love Zooey Deschanel. I have been in love with her since I saw her in “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” and that love hasn’t waned in the slightest since then. Here’s the deal though. I really don’t like “New Girl”. I might be about the only person in the world who doesn’t and I’m fine with that. There were a few moments that made me laugh but overall, I feel like it’s a huge waste of Zooey’s talent. Remember Zooey’s guest appearance on “Weeds”? It was fabulous. I was hoping for something more like that. I hear it got better as the first season progressed but I bowed out after the first three episodes. Maybe I’ll check it out again someday. I suppose that’s beside the point. These photos, taken at the 2012 Winter TCA Tour Fox Panel, show Zooey doing what she does best – being adorable. I still love Zooey. I’m just not sure “New Girl” was the best career move she’s ever made. Then again, she was in “The Happening” and “Your Highness” – two rather bad movies that somehow failed despite incredible casts. Perhaps I’m just too picky.

I’ve been a big Sarah Shahi fan for a while now and when she was cast on the USA network’s “Fairly Legal” this year I was excited. A chance to see Sarah on my television every week? Yes, please! Since “The L Word”, she’s only really had guest starring roles on various television shows so it’s nice to see her getting recognized for her talent as an actress with another full time gig. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she’s incredibly sexy. She’s got a fantastic body and isn’t afraid to show it off. That’s something I always appreciate. On top of that, she doesn’t really seem to be the typical Hollywood sort of girl. she seems a little more laid back. I love Sarah and can’t wait to see where her career takes her from here.

I suppose the question should be, was Tila Tequila ever a celebrity to begin with. Her music is just terrible and she she brought reality television to a whole new low with “A Shot at Love” and “A Shot of Love 2”. Her performance at last year’s Gathering of the Juggalos (the underground music festival organized by Insane Clown Posse) was about as well received as a punch in the face. She was not only booed but was also pelted with rocks, bottles and apparently a really disgusting watermelon I won’t even discuss here. Did she deserve that? Of course not! No one deserves that. Still though, maybe it was a sign music just isn’t her thing. What is her thing? Looking super hot and being a fame whore. Outside the Sirius Radio building, Tila does what she does best – posed for cameras and flashed as much skin as possible. She’s not classy. She’s got zero credibility but she’s still gorgeous so I guess she’s got that going for her.
