Lily Allen blonde and tattered

British singer Lily Allen, who lost her baby a few months ago, was recently seen in East London wearing a jean mini skirt (that was tattered on the butt part) and a new hairstyle - she’s now blonde!. Wonder what made her dye her black hair?. Lily, who bought newspapers (or are those tabloids? hmm… is she checking if she’s still in the news?) and pumped gas, also didn’t have any make-up on - revealing her fresh face au naturelle.
